Winter Fashion #3

I really like today's outfit, although I don't think it is that Wintery, more like something I would wear in the Fall, but I figured I would post it anyways. I've been very busy these last couple days, and most of my free time has gone towards Stardoll Academy. I still have 9 and a half hours until my flight to Paris, so I thought I would post this now!!

My Thoughts on Stardoll Academy!

Hello everyone! I have a few minutes so I thought I'd share with you my opinions on the new Stardoll Academy (so far). I am quite enjoying myself with it, I break down everything you should know before starting down below! xo

1. Stardoll Academy DOES force you to spend starcoins/stardollars. BUT it also does give out starcoins AND stardollars. You can work it out so that you earn more than you spend in the long run, which is great!

2. You can not change something in your yearbook once it has been saved. This has been frustrating me as I messed up on two things and didn't realize until after I saved them!

3. To progress in the game, people must "heart" your yearbook. This can be quite annoying, you have to go to peoples suites and ask them to "heart" your yearbook, most often people will as long as you "heart there's back, but it can be quite time consuming and frankly, annoying.

4. Some projects have waiting times. This is the most annoying for me, the current project I'm on I have to wait 24 hours, and as the levels progress, the waiting times will most likely get longer and longer. 

5. The prizes are GREAT. Not only do you earn starcoins/stardollars, but you also earn clothing, decor, makeup and much more!

DIY Starcoin Fireplace

Hey:) its kenzie21299 here and this week we are going to do a starcoin fireplace!

To make this exact fireplace you will  need...

-8 DIY mocha tiles (or something like that)
-4 black 7 sc panels
-3 brown 7sc panels
-1 minimalism frame
-1 creepy clown picture (not really called that but it was one of the mysterious free items that disappeared) you can use anything you want!)
-1 horribly stardesigned fireplace 7sc panel! (I am hopeless at stardesign, I have a friend who is 
AMAZING!! and I'm going to see if she would not mind making some then selling them for 20sc, so that you guys can have some!)

NOW, this leads to the best part of this article... THE CONTEST!! I realize that this is AWFUL so to make it up to you guys I am going to have a contest for the other fireplace! uh hu, the really expensive, beautiful stardollar one!! (or if you chooes I can make you the Christmas one that is in my suite now) ON ONE CONDITION... you guys are okay with waiting until the next starplaza 50%  interior sale! I know what your thinking (use annoyed nasal voice) THIS GIRL IS JUST SOOOO CHEAP SHE DOESNT EVEN WANNA PLAY FULL PRICE FOR ANYTHING! WE ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT IMPORTANT TO HER!! Well to those who say this this fireplace is 62 freaking stardollars... not even including sc!! Now how would you like to pay for this? Especially when you bought one for yourself already!!

3. Put your 7sc panel that looks like fire in the brown thing (i know mine looks awful! if you are really talented in stardesign (im not) you could probably make something amazing and still cut corners)! I would however suggest you get a regular fireplace when they go on sale!

4. Add your pictures or anything else you might want to put up there! The clown guy? Yeah thats my uncle larry: hes the outcast of the family. XD

Changes on Stardoll!

Hello everyone! I would have posted on these changes earlier today, but unfortunately  I worked 11 hours today and haven't had the chance until now! 

The first big change is that superstars can now earn up to 90 starcoins a day! I believe that non-superstars can now earn up to 60! I haven't heard any more information on this, so I have no idea if this is a permanent change or if this is just for a little while.

Also notable, the exchange starcoins to stardollars is gone. I was quite disappointed by this as every month I convert my 1000 starcoins into 100 stardollars, hopefully this will be back!

Previous Christmas Gifts from Stardoll

I have been on Stardoll since 2007, but there have been periods of up to 6 months where I have not logged on once. I decided to look through my transactions (my account > transaction history) to see previous "gifts" that Stardoll had given us for Christmas.

Unfortunately, I was only on Stardoll around Christmas time two different years; 2007 & 2009. Both of these two years, Stardoll gave out stardollars on Christmas, both years were quite generous considering things on Stardoll were a lot cheaper back then (15 stardollars back then would translate to about 55 stardollars today). See pictures below!

Was anyone else active on Stardoll on Christmas in 2008, 2010, or 2011? Look through your transaction history and let me know what they gave out in those years!

DIY Fireplace

Hey guys!! Its kenzie21299 here and today i am going to show you how to make a fireplace! Now, I dont know about you but whenever i think of winter time i always think of fireplaces. There is nothing like sitting in front of a fireplace with a mug of hot cocoa in the dead of winter! Here is a picture of what my fireplace looks like in a room...

Unfortunately this fire place is not made of starcoins:( I will be showing you another one that will be in the next article! If you have no stardollars what so ever but really wanna make this you should check out the offers page on stardoll! You can complete peanutlabs surveys and get loads of stardollars!
To make this exact fireplace you will need...
- 4 FILM THEORY stone foundations (large) (4sd each, 16 sd total)
-3 FILM THEORY stone foundations (small) 4sd each 12 total (for this there are two different kinds, you can mix it up to create different stone patterns! )
-2 STARDESIGN 7sc panels (light brown)
-WILD WEST pampas roaring 15 sd
-FANTASY HOTEL madam k painting 10 sd
-BLING BLING white bling roses 48sc
-GLAMOUR golden clock 4sd
-SWEET SUITE porcelain statue 3sd
-2 DIY walnut plank 1 sd 2sd for both (this depends on what kind of wood your floor is)



1 arrange the rock panels to however you want them


















2 put the panels behind it to fill in the crack


















3 put your fireplace in the center of the rocks
