Some Updates!

Hello everyone! I have a few important items to share with you today!

January Contest Winners: I will be posting the results of the contests tomorrow!

Also, you may have noticed in the StarDesign Interior Studio, the price of the basic rug panel many of us use to create interiors for our suites has been raised from 7 starcoins to 8 STARDOLLARS. This is absolutely ridiculous with all of the price increases on Stardoll, this was just the last straw for me. I have emailed Stardoll and will let everyone know when they get back to me! It sucks that a site that was once focused on fun and fashion is now completely revolved around money.

January Blog Updates

Hello everyone! Sorry for the slow posts this past week! Stardoll has been quite boring in terms of updates/freebies and there has been very little that I have felt like posting about.

1 - Must Haves #2 Giveaway. Despite our number of followers, we did not reach 5 entries. Did you not like the prize I picked? I would like to know what kind of giveaways you would like to see in the future because you do not seem to like the ones I've been doing! Should I stop them?

Must Haves #2 - Pet-a-Porter

For series 2 of our "Must Haves" articles, I decided to go with a shop that had a few great starcoin options, since last week was all stardollars. I decided to go with Pet-a-Porter Clothes House. Hope you enjoy!

1 - "Sottobosco Sweater" It is no secret that I love plain tee-shirt style tops, I think this olive green one is beautiful! It can be dressed up or down with the right bottoms and accessories, and it only costs 87 stardollars! This top is very unique to Stardoll, mainly because of the colour. I think this would be a nice addition to all of your wardrobes!

2 - "Horse Necklace" I think this rocking horse necklace is adorable, and really cheap at only 2 stardollars! It is perfect for dressing up a plain tee-shirt like on this mannequin above!

3 - "Horses Gold Bracelet" I don't often find jewelry I love on Stardoll, which is why I was so excited when I found these two pieces for this article. Again, it only costs 2 stardollars!

4 - "Grey Ascot Stilettos" I had been looking for a long time for a pair of boots like these! At 6 stardollars, these boots can easily be paired in casual or dressy outfits, which I love about them! There aren't too many boots this colour on Stardoll, which is why I included both these and #7 in this article!

5 - "Black Deep Blazer" I think a black blazer is a staple in anyones wardrobe, and with a cost of just 143 starcoins, this one is available to everyone. Blazers are great because they can add a classiness to pretty much any outfit, but they can also tone down a fancy dress. You will not regret buying this!

6 - "White Tie Shirt" To be honest, there are very few blouses that I like on Stardoll, this one is my favorite. It only costs 88 starcoins, so again it is available to everyone.

7 - "Studded Riding Boots" It is no secret that I love studs. and in lasts weeks article I showed you two adorable pairs of studded flats. This week, we have these awesome studded boots! At 7 stardolars, they aren't that cheap, but definitely worth checking out! They look great with leggings for that horse riding look!

Black&White Interior Must-Haves (part 1)

Hey guys! For this week I am going to do a must-haves suite furniture story! For this first article I am going to do the versatile black and white pieces! I LOVE these pieces because they are very nice and can be used in many ways!!

1. MINISHOP SUITE table and chairs(30sc for 1 table,2 chairs)

I LOVE this set!! It is VERY cheap not to mention it will go in most any room! When my room looks like it is missing something I will add this table and chairs along with a nice bowl or some flowers and it looks just like a great little breakfast nook!

2. Hanger/Shelf (free when you join!!)

This item is not only a great item to put into the little space between your clothes closet and accesories but great for displaying items that you want to sell or are favorites of yours! Best of all? ITS FREE!!!

3. BLING BLING white pleather sofa (13sds)

The only thing that i dislike white sofas is when i spill stuff on them! Throw a couple of colorful pillows on top put a side table and some flowers and BAM!! youve got a sofa that will look great in any room! The downside? The ( 13sds is a lot but when you consider the number of room combinations you can use this with it makes any doubts go away as to whether or not this sofa is worth it!

4. VILLA carpet (50scs)

This carpet is like my favorite suite piece EVER! This rug is just AMAZING! It goes with so many things! Also, when you are thinking outside the box (not using reg.sdoll rooms) this is a perfect(cheap!) flooring option!!

Winter Fashion #4

Today I am continuing my Winter Fashion series. It has been a few weeks since my last post in this series (oops!), but I was lacking a lot of inspiration. As you probably have noticed, I have been working on giving my doll a makeover. In past months, I have stayed away from the hair design studio, but the last few days I have been experimenting a lot with it. This is the first hair that I have created that I love, I have made a couple more, but I will be posting on those later. If you would like to buy this one, just let me know! Also, I'd love your opinions on it!! (The sweater and headband are still available just from hidden stores.)

I really love the coat in this outfit, I definitely suggest buying it BUT, the back of the coat is open, I had to put a plain black skirt I already had in behind the jeans so you can see it through the legs. See pictures below for what I mean!
